If you haven’t checked out iKobo yet, you should. It’s like … the replacement for Western Union [ ] It’s a new way to send money, and unlike paypal, the person you’re sending money to doesn’t have to have an account, or even a computer!
They get a Visa debit card! They can get the money out of any ATM, or they can just use the card … anywhere Visa is accepted. [ ] Not only that, you can send and receive money pretty much anywhere, from Argentina to Zimbabwe! Try that with PayPal?
Of course, everyone has to make money somehow, right? How does iKobo do it? They charge a flat 4% fee, with a $2 minimum. And of course, the recipient looses $1.50 for each withdrawal at the ATM (take it all out at ONCE, please). Bottom line: this is a great way to send money, but NOT a good way to pay for penny-ante eBay sales. Oh yeah, and your first transaction is free [ ] so go try it out I could use the cash

Sounds like iKobo is one big scam or turned that way.
I used iKobo once.
They canceled my account after that without any notification about canceling, they just closed it.
Their support is bad, and they are extremely unprofessional.
I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
iKobo is terrible. A few weeks back I contacted their raise limits section and spoke to a girl name Amanda or Aimee I forgot exactly but it was one of those names. She could not help me with anything and gave answers that did not make sense. Then after speaking to me she asked if I was a merchant. I told her no and she asked me to hold. Well she didn’t place me on hold and I heard her whole conversation with another rep. Her words were “this stupid customer thinks he can fool me” then I heard laughter from the back ground. I will never use them ever again.
